LACTATION DRINK??

Ano po ba pinaka effective na lactation drink? Di na po kasi ako nagpapa breastfeed eh, my son was diagnosed with G6pd and the Pediatrician advised na breastfeed lang sya for 6 mos. pero may gatas pa naman ako.. Any suggestions please? ??

Effective po sakin M2 malunggay tea and also lagi po may sabaw ang ulam ko. Drink lots of water also
