for me, wala naman bawal. mas damihan mo lang pagkain mo ng healthy like veggies and fruits. pero my time talaga that we crave junks and sweets. that's okay as long as lahat is in moderation. and of course more water!

pineapple, grapes, raw food especially raw eggs and tuna, coffee. kase nag cacause ng miscarriage pero if second or third trimester kana patty foods. pero pag in moderation lang naman oks lang sabi ni ob.🥰
