Ano po ang requirements para makapag apply? 5months preggy po ako. Edd Dec15 last hulog ko po October 2022. Magkano po kaya ang possible na makuha ko kung mag start ako mahulog this August?
Gumawa po kayo ng sss online acct, makikita nyo po doon magkano possible nyo makuha, depende po kasi yan sa monthly salary credit nyo. Pati pagbibigay ng notification sa sss nandun na rin po. As far as Matben is concerned, the amount you may claim will not be affected whether or not maghulog pa kayo this August. Ang contributions lang po na magma-matter ay yung highest 6 monthly contributions nyo made from June 2022- June 2023 ☺️(one year, 6 months prior your edd) For requirements: - give your notification online (no requirement other than EDD). For claiming after birth: - your child's birth certificate and your bank acct details... Or kung anupaman ang sabihin nila pero usually ay yun lang naman ☺️
