Vitamins for Breastfeeding

Ano po ang pwedeng iintake na vitamins while breastfeeding? TIA?

Also a breastfeeding mom here, aside from the milk boosting supplement, make sure to have adequate intake of calcium (recommended 1.2-1.5grams) since part of it is passed thru our breastmilk and so as to prevent us moms from osteoporosis and also take multivitamins plus iron and folic. ☺️
