Ano po ang mga bawal at dapat kainin ng mga buntis lalo na po sa first trimester? Lalo na po yung makaka relieve sa morning sickness at nausea po. First time mom here. At 6 weeks pregnant na po ako. Salamat po 🤗

fish contains with high mercury, pakwan, pineapple, papaya, raw veggies and eggs, uncooked meat or any food, cakes contains raw eggs and other pastries. Search on google the rest. Hehehe, drink more water, rest if feeling tired.
