Ano po ang the best milk ni preggy?
My ob did not allow me to drink any milk during my pregnancy because she doesn't want me to struggle losing weight after giving birth. Instead she had me take EPA and DHA from healthy options. When I was pregnant I went all organic and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy @6.2lbs.
Anmum before but I switched to Enfamama kasi mas trip ko ang lasa. Parepareho lang naman po yang maternity milk. Find your preferred taste nalang po. :)
My OB suggested Enfamama. But it depends o n your taste mommy. Try mo muna. π
