Sss, pinaka important. Philhealth, Birth cert mo and partner mo. Marriage cert kung married. Then mga check up and lab test mo.

    Yes po, pero pag philhealth. Need din ng mdr tapos id mo sa philhealth kung meron, Tapos cedula pa pala.

    Cedula marriage cert.. MDR pag may philhealth
