Nung mga first 3 months ko usually folic acid pako nun, tapos after nag multivitamins na ako molvite-OB pero nag change OB ako pgka 2nd trimester ko, so pinalitan din ung multivitamins ko naging mosvit-elite na may kasamang iron din which is hemarate tapos calciumade for my calcium. Kaso may free akong calcium from center, so yun nlng tinitake ko pra medyo tipid din 🤪 until now, 37 weeks and 4 days nako maintain parin ako sa mosvit elite and hemarate pati calcium 😊
