Madami na sha pwede kainin mommy =) Pero puro pureed/mashed food lang muna. You can start with: *Rice cereal (pureed na kanin with milk/breastmilk) *Pumpkin *Carrots *Sayote *apple juice/pear juice (pureed fruit...not store-bought juice) One new food lang every after 3 days (para di mabigla tummy ni baby sa bagong food and if may allergy madali mo lang madedetect/maidentify). About 3-5 tablespoons of food daily during breakfast and lunch (together with baby’s daily milk intake) Pwede na rin sha water pero wag too much (babies aged 6-12 months only need about 2-4 ounces of water over a 24-hour period).

Try mo yung mga mashed potato, carrots, and saging pwde na din sya ng mga fresh juices pero syempre konti konti lang dapat iba ibang ang pinapain mo kay baby hindi dahil sa nasarapan sya sa potato araw araw potato nagsasawa din ang bata try natin iba iba para nasasanay yung taste buds nya specially sa vegtables
My baby loves anything i fed her🤣her food in the morning after magpainit outaide is cerelac(any flavor)then snacks mango puree or ny fruits availble then potato,squash,sweet potato or carrot puree for her lunch then milk then cerwac agin fo dinner time and milk til 5 to 6 am😁
Kakain na din baby ko in two weeks kasi mag 6 mos na sya. Pero puree lang or mga mashed food lang pwede daw ipakain. Okay ung sabaw. Tapos ihalo mo lang sa mashed potato for example.
mga veggies momsh... minamashed ko lang. my baby is 6 mos... pwd na yan pakainin... basta nakikitaan mo si lo ng eagerness to eat

pwede nq po basta 6 months na pataas, mga mash veggies na madaling matunaw tulad ng ptatas, sayote, kamote etc
