Not preggy pero may mga foods and drinks na binawal sakin yung Psychiatrist ko kasi it can trigger my depression and manic episodes. Sweets and chocolates plus yung coffee. Huhu. Nagcocoffee pa rin naman ako pero hindi na katulad dati na coffee is life.

coffee 😥 although pde nman dw khit 1cup a day.. bantay sarado ako ni hubby kaya todo tiis nlng para kay baby.. tska iwas ako sa sweets at kimchi (ayoko na kc ng amoy ng kimchi kahit dati gsto gsto ko naman)😔

Ramen basta lahat ng noodles naccrave ako kahit pancit canton tas dati kahit yrs di ako nainom ng softdrinks ngayon hinahanap hanap ko pero pinipigilan ko pag feel kong gusto ko mag jujuice nalang ako. Haha

during my pregnancy wala akong food na iniwasan, in moderation lang pagkain ko lalo na sa mga salty foods and softdrinks. Pero healthy naman si baby ko pag labas 🥰

Coffee, soft drinks, raw foods at mga sweet. Iwas na iwas talaga ako. I'm not diabetic pero para kay baby and for my health as well.

Liquid sana. I miss my daily intake of coffee. Stick ako sa diet na clear liquids only for pregnants. 🥰

Salty foods or junk foods, May uti kase😞 pero ok lang para din naman samin ni baby.
