Can anmum cause diarrhea? Hinahanap ko kasi cause nito, di ako nag anmum today and hindi sumakit ang tyan ko

i have lactose intolerance kaya i poop after drinking anmum.. as per my OB, its ok kahit hindi uminom dahil may supplements.
