Depende yan sa advocacy and principle ng isang mommy and it depends din sa dream birth niya. If her dream birth is natural and unmedicated birth then wala talagang anesthesia yon. Ang weird is yung CS tapos irerequest na walang anesthesia. Hahahahaha
