Mild tummy cramps are normal BUT it is always best to check with your OB. I had the same concern with my first pregnancy and thought na normal lang ung cramps ko (i usually have dysmenorrhea before so sanay ako sa menstrual cramps ganun kasi ang nafeel ko nun). I had myself checked by my OB and got hospitalized for 3 days due to frequent painful contractions.
