Although it's not in the contract, do you give your helper off days on both Hari Raya Puasa and Hari Raya Haji, on top of her usual off day? Do you also give red/green packet and how much do you give?

I would say then it depends greatly on how comfortable you are with giving her the off days. It could be anything as simple as even stay home, rest day if you feel that more should be given to her then maybe let her go out. As for the red packets, there is no amount to it. The sincerity is more then enough. It all depends oends on how much you can afford.

You can if you want to, think about it. They are far from home and it'll be nice if they had the day to themselves or to be around friends. And again, it's the same for the green packet. You can if you want to. It's all up to your preference and sincerity :) if you do, I'm sure it will be much appreciated :)
