14 weeks and 4 days

Almost everyday headache and cramps sa lower part ng tummy ko. Is this normal at this stage? 2nd baby ko na ito, pero I've never been like this sa 1st child ko. Di ko lang maiwasan mag-worry. Pa-help mga mamsh.
