Almost 8 days since nanganak ako. Grabe paglalawa ng breastmilk ko? Normal ba 'to? Tas normal din ba masakit kapag naglalatch si baby? May tela naman under my shirt pero tumatagos pa rin hays. PS. I drink Malunggay Choco and Cookies Lactation. Should i stop drinking and eating those food?

If magppump kayo, continue eating those pero kung hindi po, stop na lang po sguro kasi sayang yung naleletdown lang
