Sore nipple after pumping

After pumping session my nipple will hurt However if baby latch, it wont be painful. But if i dont pump then i latch bb the milk will come out too fast for bb. What is the best solution for this? And anyone have same experience as me? #FTM #firsttimemom

If your nipple hurt, check your flange size. Before pumping, apply nipple cream. If the flow is too fast, hand express slightly before feeding baby.

I find applying nipple cream on flange works better than applying it on nipple. Try and see if it helps.
