Hi! After so many years, nagpositive po ang PT ko. But I'm worried kasi diabetic ako and may pcos. Also hindi po ako kumakain ng gulay. Pero i can eat fruits and meat po. Can u pls suggest any alternatives or vitamins or milk that i can take to sustain my baby all the nutrients needed to be healthy.
