Hi! After so many years, nagpositive po ang PT ko. But I'm worried kasi diabetic ako and may pcos. Also hindi po ako kumakain ng gulay. Pero i can eat fruits and meat po. Can u pls suggest any alternatives or vitamins or milk that i can take to sustain my baby all the nutrients needed to be healthy. Your best choice is to see your OB momsh. Mejo risky pagbubuntis mo lalo at may pcos and diabetic ka. Eat fruits and vegetables dn momsh. Jan manggagaling mostly mga nutrients na kailangan ni baby. Gusto mo nman cguro momsh na healthy at strong c baby.
