After poop

After the baby poop in the diaper, should I wash with water only? Or water and baby soap? Or wet wipes? Or? My baby is pooping a lot these few weeks and she is 7 months

Water and soap...make sure its baby skin friendly tho...pat dry and apply nappy cream...
