Is it advisable to have "hilot"? I'm at my 7th month of pregnancy...my aunt advices me to have my tummy hilot...pero I'm having second thoughts due to what my oby said na she doesn't believe in hilot and that she doesn't recommend it..my aunt is insisting and even my husband is agreeable with the idea of hilot.. what's your take on this?have you experienced hilot?
