baby at lower posterior mid
Hi , any advice how to make the baby move up ?currently I'm 20 weeks 4 days and my baby is at lower part . I'm worried actually .

Hi dear. That’s perfectly normal:) your womb’s there. You’ll only feel baby higher up in your tummy when you’re >30 weeks pregnant. Even then, it’s not that baby moved up, but baby’s just bigger and spanning a larger part of your tummy.
