same tayo mommy.. super bumaba din potassium ko nung nag covid positive ako last month.. Super sakit yung potassium na naka connect sa dextrose, ramdam na ramdam sa ugat na parang sinusunog.. may tinake din ako na oral.. after two sets naging okay na level ng potassium ko.. pray lang mommy magiging okay din kayo ni baby.. bawi sa food, more in saging ako nun sa hospital

inadvise ako ni OB ng 2 bananas per meal (6 per day) sa Mon ff up check up ko and repeat blood test..God willing mag stable na ang potassium level ko..praying for healthy pregnancy and safe delivery for us all mga mommies! thank you for your advices πŸ₯°

Same case ako low potassium ever since pero controled ko wala akong medsa more on sabe latundan camote at orange white beans din rich in pottasium. Pag sobra baba na at ramdam ko na mga symptoms pocarri sweat lang or gatorade
