saya period tak teratur.. sebepum bersalin cycle 31 hari normal. selepas bersalin menyusu jadi tak teratur. anak umur 1 thn bru start ok. tp bulan lepas period cycle 57hari. bln ni try.makan phyto kacip ni dalam 3,4 hari terus dtg period. Ia macam berkesan utk regulate semula cycle period. Akan sambung makan after period pula anf see how.
