actually nasusuka ako sa formula ng anmum. pero sabi nung nagpacheck up ako. khet di ka magmilk as long as my folic ka na vitamins.

actually, as per my sister in law medyo di ok lasa ng anmun. I'm now going to 4th month on my pregnancy and my OB recommend Promama. I'm not really fun of drinking milk but surprisingly it does taste good.
