9 mos na c lo, wala pa ko mens, worry me bka preggy🤭, still on breastfeeding. Effective ba LAM method?

mamsh, wala pa ako naexperience or nabasa dto sa tap na nabuntis kht hndi pa ngkakamens since birth lalo na if exclusive breasfeeding.
