LAM method Lactational - gawa ng gatas AMnorrhea - walang period Meaning hindi ka magkaka period kapag FULLtime Breastfeeding ka.. Pero mas mainam po, breastfeeding na po, tapos may contraceptives na like IMPLANT, PILLS or other contraceptive methods
