I also feel low energy and sleepy all the time. I take naps when wfh. After walking around the house a bit, I feel like I need to sit. Haven’t done any exercises coz gynae told me to rest more and don’t walk so much too…
wow you have long way to go! best to do light exercises to keep up otherwise you’ll feel worse in third trimester
