Nausea vomitting

8 weeks pregnant now having nausea and vomiting throughout the day, on medications from KKH but cause drowsiness, very picky with the food i can take also. Anybody facing the same issue Heard will last the whole tri1, how do yall cope at work?

I'm 8 weeks too and feeling exactly the same...nausea, vomiting, different food aversions everyday. Don't have a solution to it yet, but hang in there! ❤️

i got the same issue. was recommended to try acupuncture but is hestitating. anyone doing TCM on 1st trimester?
