Hi mommy. I had also subchorionic hemorrhage and first time mom. Bedrest =no moving, no gawaing bahay, just really lying in bed. Depending kung gaano kalala, CR, ligo hangga't maari di matagal or limit dahil nakatayo. Meds by OB, follow her. Hindi ibibigay ng doctor yan if harmful. Mine lasted 3 months of meds Any stress inducing thoughts things person, leave it and don't entertain. As for me I resigned, and focused on my pregnancy. I'm now on my 31st week.
