ganyan din po ako first time mom, may hemorrhage din po ako, as per my O. B there need ko mag bed rest, nag leave din ako sa office and kumain ng masusustansya para kay baby. just do what your doctor said ☺☺

yes sis normal lang ang crumps or contraction kasi lumalaki ang tummy at nagaadjust. wag ka lang magheavy bleeding
