congratulations mummy! fatigue, maybe try drinking brands chicken essence. I wasnt too concern of food intake cause I totally couldnt eat during my 1st tri. Alot of vomitting and crying and sleeping. when i eat i only eat either sour plum or chocolate. So can just eat what you crave but in moderation but if you dont have strong craving and feeling fine, can research what healthy food to eat!
