Your LO is too young so pedia definitely needs to check on the baby's condition and provides instruction with prescription. Online consultation is also available i think.
Best to consult PD for a proper diagnosis. My babygirl was only given nasal spray for her flu but we hardly sprayed it cause her voice became coarse after that.
