MANAS?
7 months preggy here. Is it normal na minamanas ako? Specially yung mga hands ko, di ko maigalaw lalo pag bagong gising sa morning. Kumikirot di ko maclose. Anyone who experience the same thing?

Yes thats normal as long normal ang BP mo and aware si OB mo and wala naman siyang violent reaction no worries. Haha. 36 weeks here and manas as well.
