NANINIGAS na tiyan........

7 months. It's been 2 days na laging naninigas yung tiyan ko, almost every 10 minutes... very uncomfortable, hirap mka hanap nang pwesto sa pag higa, mahirap huminga 😥 Ganito ba talaga? Is it normal sa ganitong stage? #advicepls #1stimemom #pregnancy #firstbaby

7 Mos preggy here momsh. Last time na nakaranas ako ng paninigas, I went to ER. Ayun nalaman may infection.

Contrary to what others used to say, as per my OB ung constant paninigas Lalo na if may interval is not normal. Ako non momsh nung nagpsugod ako sa ER, nanigas Lang sya basta, no interval of 10 minutes, kasi after a while umokay sya. Nagpanic kmi non kasi we know I stressed myself that time. May event sa school kasi (my husband and I are both teachers). Pero buti nalang nga at may pagpanic. Costly sya but atleast we get to know na may infection ako. Uti and other infections can cause contractions that may result to early labor. Kaya now since di pa sya gumagaling, antibiotic and pampakapit at pampakalma ng cervix ang additional sa daily meds ko.
