I've consulted with SSS nung Jan. if September manganganak, need na nabayaran mo ung Oct to Dec 2023 pero deadline was Jan 31 pa. Matagal na akong member. I'm not sure kapag nagpapamember pa lang.
Nung nag inquire ako if ngayon pa lang ikaw maghuhulog sa SSS at due date mo ng September wala daw po. Pero pag October and maghuhulog daw tapos huhulogan ang January, may makukuha pa daw po.
Ang kailangan nyo po to qualify for Maternity benefit is "The member has paid at least three (3) months of contributions within the 12-month period immediately before the semester of her childbirth or miscarriage/emergency termination of pregnancy" https://www.sss.gov.ph/sss/appmanager/pages.jsp?page=maternity
Depende po, kung mahahabol nyo po hulugan ang Jan to March 2024, pwede pa po kayo makakuha ng matben.
ang alam ko mi wala kase ngayon ka pa lang nag apply as member baka denied ka po ni sss
