infant sudden dropped of temp after paracetamol

My 6mths LO was having fever since yesterday 4am. Fed her paracetamol and temp maintained at 37.1-37.-2 then fever went up again after few hours. Her last dose was yesterday 6pm and temp maintained at 37. I woke up at 2.30am and measured her temp and it's 37.8. I fed her paracetamol and after drinking milk, it slowly went down before i dozed off. 530am I measured her temp mad it's 35.4 ? I quickly make her milk and she finished it and her temp went up to 36.4 Before I head out at 6.15am her temp is 36.3 and sleeping soundly. I have never experienced it before. It's normal and nothing to worry?
