6 months pregnant po ako ano po ginagawa nyo or may tine take po ba kayong vitamins para hindi pulikatin? 😩 Grabe sakit ng pulikat parang pati tyan ko naninigas

I feel you, sobrang sakit talaga ng pulikat, lalo na during pregnancy. Ang magandang gawin, try to keep your legs and feet elevated kapag nakaupo or nakahiga, para maiwasan ang pressure sa mga muscles. Kung pulikat pa rin, gentle stretching and massaging your calves can help ease the pain. In terms of vitamins, it’s helpful to make sure you’re getting enough magnesium and calcium, since kulang sa mga ito ang isa sa mga common causes ng leg cramps. If you’re taking a prenatal vitamin, check kung may magnesium content siya—if not, ask your OB kung pwede kang mag-take ng magnesium supplement to help prevent cramps.
