6 months preggy here. Nakita na gender ni bby 🥰 Ask for advice kung pano mapataas ang placenta for normal delivery. Kasi mababa daw po inunan ko based on my Sonologist. #advicepls ##pregnancy #firstbaby

I think it’s best to consult your OB. Mababa din placenta ko at the beginning of my pregnancy and bed rest helped tremendously. By 2nd trimester tumaas naman although nagkakaron pa din ako ng spotting due to mild contractions. Kaya hindi talaga ako kumikilos sa bahay. Less lakad until ready na manganak.
