Rashes due to cold westher

My 6 month L.O started to have rashes all over his face, arms and legs since mag start ung cold weather. Is it really a thing? Napansin ko dn nag dry skin nya. Ano kaya maganda remedy this weekend pa kame makakapnta sa pedia 🥺
