try doing some maternity exercise po. also sleep or humiga sa side. kasi pag nakahiga on your back, si baby naglalagay ng pressure din sa back mo since sa spine siya nakapatong which leads to back pain too.

Pacheck niyo po. Minsan preterm contractions kasi ng ganyan. Better na rin makasigurado.
