moisturiser n soap recommendations?

My 5mo was recently diagnosed with mild eczema, however he has super dry skin n I literally have to put lotion on him many many times a day on the face or he will start scratching badly. Any tips? Also looking to lotion n soap recos! QV cream does not work for us, it turned his whole face super red n gave him some sort of red rash all over his body :(
