Im having abdominal pain and bleeding at my 5 weeks pregnancy. Is it normal? Or miscarriage?

Hi dear. Any kind of bleeding is a concern especially in the first trimester. I had both cramp & bleeding twice - both at 7 weeks & 10 weeks. Ended up with a miscarriage despite seeing the fetus heartbeat hours before. Best to get it checked. May all is well!
