Im having abdominal pain and bleeding at my 5 weeks pregnancy. Is it normal? Or miscarriage?

I had bleeding and cramps at 6 weeks+ but ended up fine. We went to the 24 hr clinic that very day and was given an injection to stop the bleeding, along with prescribed medicine that will help prevent bleeding. Also did an ultrasound and baby was fine with healthy heartbeat. Bleeding with pain is not a good sign, esp if its heavy bleeding and sharp pain. You should see your gynae asap.
