My son is a super super light sleeper, him too will a long time to go into deep sleep. I will try to coax him to sleep first (usually on my chest or in a carrying position) then quickly swaddle him and leave him in the baby cot. He will wake up and fall back into sleep throughout the process. Once he is in the cot and calm I will dim the room and leave him on his own to sleep…he will usually stare at the ceiling until is he fall asleep.

It’s difficult for me.. she cries when no one attends to her.

hi mummy! is your baby not overtired? cos overtired babies have a difficulty staying asleep. you might want to check on that too.
