drink fresh buko juice every morning, makakahelp magregulate ng blood sugar and blood pressure, then less carbs po and as much as possible iwasan po yung mga food na mataas yung sugar content like bread & pastries and other processed food. if mag crave ng matamis go for fresh fruits po. watch nyo din po calorie intake 😊
