No breast milk
5 days PP and my milk hasn’t kicked in :( feeling so discouraged. Any tips? #pleasehelp

Do massage everyday if possible get your husband to massage for you as their strength will be greater than ours and it will be better. And some foods and drink you can consume to boost your supply are Milo or oats milk, can eat oats every morning, Avacado and also I noticed my supply after drinking milk tea was alot and also read that it was a good milk booster for many but you have to take milk tea in moderation as it contains caffeine so you can’t take it often. Also please hydrate yourself well.
