40 weeks and 2 days.

40 weeks and 2 days na. 3 cm for two weeks now with irregular contractions. OB asked to stop eve prim oil... just exercise and wait for active labor. Who has the same experience?

Squat ka momsh 100 morning 100 before matulog. after mo maglakad ng morning at evening. ganyan gnawa ko nung kabang kaba nako dahil malapit na duedate ko. kinabukasan nung gnawa ko yan nanganak nako at 39weeks and 2days

Salamat momsh, subukan ko ito. Puro akyat baba sa hagdan, walking, at zumba ako.
