skin break out

My 4 months 11 days baby is having skin breakout. Doctor diagnosis is allergic to the sudden change of soap and detergent i used. Any advice to reduce or make it go away..? I tried Physiocream on him but its worsen so i would not want to take any risk of using other cream over the counter unless doctor prescribed.. what shud i do?

The doctor didn't prescribe anything? You can see an allergy specialist for second opinion. Moisturisers like Physiogel, Ceradan should be safe. Only wear 100% cotton and don't use the detergent that you suspect caused the reaction.

    Thank you for sending me a link. Will look up on it. I think im sending my four boys for an allergy test for future references... 😩 Its okay if its ex the main thing is i will know what to avoid.
