Baby not sleeping

Hello! My 3weeks old boy has been pooping everyday. However he didnt poop today and hasn’t been sleeping as well. Anyone has the same experience? Is it something of concern? Thank you!

It might be tummy has wind, stomach discomfort or too bloated. Just ensure next day baby poop otherwise visit doctor to seek advice. Meanwhile continue to massage baby tummy and do bicycle exercise during massage for baby to ease the stomach discomfort
